Jeremy has a mild-moderate Intellectual Disability. Dr Landslide, Consultant Psychiatrist assessed Jeremy and diagnosed a mild-moderate depressive episode precipitated by his brother leaving home for university.

Explain to Jeremy and ask his consent to complete a physical examination, blood tests and to start Citalopram 10 mg.
